Supplemental Health Insurance Policy focused on Preventative 2911 Benefits

2911 health , is a limited benefit health insurance policy with defined wellness benefits for employees.  This is a fully funded/fully insured participatory program for the employee, that is an ancillary product.   

  • The product provides a preventative health care program for the employee, hospital indemnity, and on average $100/month pay raise when the employee participates in the program at no out of pocket cost to the employee. 
  • The employer saves approximately $400-650/year/employee in payroll tax savings and the main goal is to have healthier employees and decrease health care costs with no out of pocket cost to the employer.     

This plan can be enrolled anytime of the year.  This does not replace major medical insurance.  For every 1000 qualifying employees the employer saves $650,000 per year in payroll tax savings.
